I'm Roma Narkhede, a communications strategist, project management professional, and creative who believes in the power of storytelling to forge meaningful connections. With a unique blend of strategic communication expertise, project management skills, design sensibility, and literary craft, I help organizations amplify their impact through thoughtful, audience-centered approaches.

Most recently, I worked in donor relations at Lehigh University, where I developed a stewardship program and collaborated across departments to create compelling donor experiences. I also served as Advancement, Marketing, and Communications Coordinator at Philadelphia Yearly Meeting, where I enhanced community outreach and transformed their communications approach.

My writing spans multiple disciplines—from stewardship communications and nonprofit storytelling to movie reviews and social media engagement. I've had the privilege of working with organizations including the University of Northern Colorado, West Philadelphia Alliance for Children, and various publishing companies, always with an eye toward authentic narrative development.

As a designer, I approach each project with a commitment to innovation, seeking to communicate ideas through fresh visual and conceptual frameworks. My academic foundation includes an MBA from Goldey-Beacom College, an MA in Publishing and MFA in Creative Writing from Rosemont College (where I was honored twice with the James O'Donnell Art Award), and an MA in English Literature from Mumbai University. I'm also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, bringing agile project management methodologies to communications and creative initiatives.

My creative work has been featured in publications including Matter Press Books, Philadelphia Stories, Rathalla Review, and The Bookends Review. My poetry has appeared in For Women Who Roar. Whether I'm managing complex communications projects, crafting donor stewardship strategies, or creating original content, I bring the same passion for connecting with audiences through compelling, purposeful storytelling and efficient project execution.
